Polar’s warranty covers manufacturer defects for products purchased through an authorized Polar dealer or directly through us. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse of the product. In addition, this warranty does not cover items that were purchased “As-Is”, floor models, open box, or discontinued items sold at a discount. If deemed defective, the part(s) will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Polar Trailer products have a one-year warranty against manufacture defects from the original date of purchase.
Once we receive your claim request, it will be reviewed and a representative from our Warranty Department will contact you within 2-4 business days to confirm and/or follow up on your claim request. For the quickest turnaround, please provide quality images (upload below) that clearly show the part/area of your product concern, as well as a copy of the original sales receipt.
